We are seeking an experienced technical sales support professional who is flexible, creative with business acumen. In this role, the successful candidate will use technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation and will:

• Provide pre-sales technical support to sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Research customer needs and application of products and services for effective solutions
• Explain product features to customers, conduct product demonstrations and determine and scope customers’ configuration, implementation and customization needs
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
• Manage customer evaluations of products
• Provide assistance in responding to prospects and RFPs and RFIs, working with Marketing to have a strong database of templates and data.
• Provide technical and business case solution education to assist Marketing with product literature.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years related technical pre sales support in high-tech software industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high level knowledge of web technologies
• Ability to travel a maximum of 40-50% to customer sites, tradeshows and conferences
• Ability to listen to customers and quickly ascertain appropriate product solutions
• EDI and health care payer industry experience and demonstration experience with XML, UNIX, OLAP is desirable
  

We are seeking an experienced senior web developer professional who has a combination of .Net, C++, C#, Java and ASP.Net as well as strong product design, web development, heavy database applications, for applications software projects including research and analysis. BS degree in computer science or equivalent experience required. Web services and EJB experience a plus.

This position involves providing product development and software support for our business intelligence software products to our customers. Development and support activities include data warehouse development, database utilities, web applications, and web services.
