Nachimson has been elected to the Foresight Board of Directors effective April 23, 2007. Mr. Nachimson is renowned in the Healthcare industry having served as the Senior Technical Advisor for Health IT Standards and Services for CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) since 1999 until his retirement earlier this month. He had worked for CMS and predecessor organizations in various capacities since 1974. Extremely knowledgeable and respected in the industry, Mr. Nachimson has had a major role in a variety of industry initiatives including serving as a primary industry liaison during the initial deployment of the HIPAA mandate.
